1. Affiliates will be paid 45% commission on orders placed through their affiliate site and 10% commission on orders placed through any direct affiliates signed up under you. Commissions are paid 2-levels deep, the first level being 45% and the second level being 10%. For the order to generate commissions, the customer must fully complete the order and remit payment in full.

2. You will be paid for applicable commissions on or about the 15th of the month following the month you earned commissions. For example, you earned $200 in commissions in January, then your payment would be sent out on or about the 15th of February.

3. If there are any checks, charge backs or returns from customers you originally referred for purchase, the amount will be deducted from your next month's commissions. In the case where there are no commissions to deduct from, the affiliate will be invoiced for the returns.

4. The minimum value for issuing a check is $8 in one month. If you have earned commissions in one month that total less than $8, the amount will be carried over into the next month and so on until your earnings exceed $8. Payment will be mailed out the month following achievement of the $8 minimum.

4. Super Profitable Marketing (that's us!) will be responsible for shipping product to your referrals.

5. Who we do not let join our affiliate program:

Adult sites or sites with offensive adult content

Sites that promote violence or discrimination based on religion, race, sex, nationality, or age.

Sites that promote illegal activity

Sites that clearly do not fit with the intent or market associated with our products.

Please note that Super Profitable Marketing reserves the right to refuse admissions and,or immediately cancel anyone's membership in this affiliate program based on site content, member conduct, unacceptable advertising methods or any other reason that threatens the viability of Super Profitable Marketing's image, products or affiliate program.

6. Unsolicited Email or SPAM is not tolerated, anyone practising SPAM will be terminated immediately, with no refund. This is a zero tolerance for SPAM program. Take it from us, it will only reduce the amount of commissions you will make rather than increase them.

7. We will not be held liable for any indirect, or otherwise damages (including loss of profits, revenue or information) arising from participation in the Super Profitable Marketing affiliate program. In no case will liabilities arising with respect to this affiliate agreement exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this program.

8. Legal Disclaimers. We make no express or implied warranties or guarantees with respect to this affiliate program or income from this affiliate program. Further, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to affiliate web sites and will not be held liable for any consequences from operational errors of the web site.

9. By submitting your affiliate information, you have acknowledged that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms of this affiliate program.
